29 years old Jacqueline Wong (黃心穎) joins showbiz for 6 years and admits to having thoughts about marriage plan upon influencing by her friends: “I will say marriage plan remains faraway if you ask me 1 or 2 years ago. However, my friends begin to get married after working for some time and I feel it is getting near.” She added she was not an impulsive person but did not resist flash marriage.
Deep in the Realm of Conscience (宮心計2深宮計) is Jacqueline’s first palace rivalry drama and she recalled of watching Beyond the Realm of Conscience (宮心計) and War and Beauty (金枝慾孽) series when little in Vancouver. She also imagined that she was in similar situation and felt it was amazing to film Deep in the Realm of Conscience drama: “It is one of my favourite role characters and challenging as well.”
In the series, Jacqueline was ordered to date her boyfriend, Kenneth Ma (馬國明) and they portrayed a beautiful love story. She was clueless about her love story with Kenneth upon receiving the script initially and realised the full details after the company added more scenes.
In addition, Jacqueline revealed that the drama made her cherished the opposite party and her romance with Kenneth became the catalyst: “We see each other day and night in Hengdian and frequently in Hong Kong too.”
