31 years old Samantha Ko (高海寧) receives recognition for her acting skills after filming My Unfair Lady (不懂撒嬌的女人) drama. Lately, she acts as a mother with a 8 years old son in TVB new series, Jin Yi Building (金宵大廈) and as advised by the veterans, it is most difficult to film together with child actor and animal. Samantha is considered taking a big challenge this time.
A few days ago, Samantha was having a location shooting with 3 child actors at 1, 3 and 8 years old at the park in Kowloon and finally wrapped up the scene after half a day. The scene illustrated that she fetched her son from the school and they played together at the park. Apparently before the shooting, she tried very hard to communicate with the children but they showed their resistance and one of them even cried when Samantha tried to carry him. He almost fell down and it gave Samantha a cold sweat as a result.
In order to increase their liking for her, Samantha even placed her head inside the bag and they finally laughed and chatted together. The child actor begun to rehearse with her and the whole filming went smoothly as the child actor had acting experiences previously. Samantha also told the passer-by not to take photos as it affected her work.
Before the filming started, Samantha looked forward to act as a mother: “I used to imagine that I will get married at 20 years old and have baby at 25 years old. Anyway, life is unpredictable and I will definitely have 2 children.”
