Aimee Chan (陳茵媺) accepted an interview at a radio show hosted by Evergreen Mak (麥長青) on 21st August 2018. As she returned to Canada with her children earlier, Aimee’s voice became hoarse due to jet lag.
During the show, Aimee shared her knowledge on teaching her children and believed communication and establishing rules were most important. She tried to give them some freedom such as allowing them to play by themselves in the theme park but will keep a tight eye on them. However, Moses Chan (陳豪) was a conservative father who was protective towards them and they did not have any conflicts because of that.
After becoming a mother, Aimee begun to follow the traditional customs such as decorating the house and cooking poon choi (盆菜) and abalones during Lunar New Year. She added her children loved to go to Evergreen’s house to eat and his wife had better culinary skills than her.
