Andrew Yuen knows he cannot fight against TV King, Ruco Chan

Andrew Yuen (袁文傑) joined TVB in 2016 and begun to gain fame and film drama continuously after My Unfair Lady (不懂撒嬌的女人) series was aired.

However, rumours start to circulate when one becomes popular. Andrew is pointed to having conflicts with TV King, Ruco Chan (陳展鵬) while filming Succession War (天命) drama. Based on understanding, their disputes had lasted for 16 years and they finally met again. Both continued to treat each other invisible and either one of them was usually absent during the promotion campaigns. Somebody revealed that Ruco talked behind Andrew’s back and Andrew’s absence from the debut of the series activity caused Ruco to steal the limelight. Although they came from ATV, but Ruco was always absent from the gathering of ATV colleagues and it is obvious that both detest each other.

When mentioned about the rumours, Ruco denied it and said: “I am a boring person and it is good to have publicity for the new series. Andrew and I know what is going on.” As for Andrew, he tried not to blow up the matter in order not to affect his career: “I am clueless about affecting Ruco and would like to apologise to him. We can eat and play with a group of friends so as to show to the public but believe it is unnecessary. We are good filming partners since ATV.” However, it is strange to see both have not appear together at the same event until now.
