41 year old Barbie Hsu (徐熙媛) was rumoured to collapse at home and admit into the hospital a few days ago. Barbie’s mother revealed she had a relapse of epilepsy due to flu and felt alright now. Subsequently on Weibo, Barbie’s husband, Wang Xiaofei (汪小菲) explained she was out of danger but remained in an unstable condition and requested for more resting.
On 5th April 2018, another news pointed that Barbie stopped her work completely and her work studio replied through Weibo: “Where does the news related to her stopping work come from? Please stop circulating fake news and making trouble. Barbie misses her fans and continues her work as usual. Please support her new workpiece.”
