Benjamin Yuen (袁偉豪) turns 37 years old not long ago and has some free time after filming series. On 15th May 2018, he shared photo of himself donating blood on Instagram and left a message: “It is compulsory to donate blood to help people.” Benjamin revealed he had donated 450 ml of blood and urged everyone to do their part too. He is indeed a kind-hearted man.
Some netizen praised Benjamin that he talked about doing good deed during live broadcast a few days ago and used action to prove it quickly. He won a like from the netizen as well.
It turns out that his girlfriend, Bowie Cheung (張寶兒) goes for blood donation too and shared photo of herself sitting down to donate blood on Instagram. She left a message: “It is good to take care of your body well.” Although they do not take photo together, but there is a photo of them holding their own blood packs on Hong Kong Red Cross’s account on Facebook. It is obvious that they are a kind-hearted couple.
In addition, Hong Kong Red Cross mentioned that one pack of blood could help more than 3 patients and it will be great if everybody donates their blood to help the needy people.
