Benjamin Yuen (袁偉豪) demonstrated his latte art at a coffee event organised by a chain of fast food restaurants on 5th May 2018. He had been analysing for nearly 2 years and used to drink coffee to make himself alert when working overnight, but crazily fell in love with coffee now: “I must drink a sip even if I cannot have the whole cup. I hope to analyse coffee and open a cafe in the future, but need to look for a perfect location with cheaper rental though. (Approach Moses Chan (陳豪)?) Yes, he produces coffee and I hope to visit his factory one day.” Benjamin added his girlfriend, Bowie Cheung (張寶兒) disliked coffee but was influenced by him and they analysed coffee together now.
When asked about his plan for Mother’s Day, Benjamin replied his birthday was one day earlier than Mother’s Day and they will celebrate together: “My mother has a hard time to give birth to me and I must give credit to her on my birthday. (Any gift?) Cash is the best and she can buy what she likes. (Buying together with your girlfriend?) Good suggestion and happiness is the most important.”
