Charlene Choi feels happy that Joe Hisaishi recognises her

Charlene Choi (蔡卓妍) participated in A Chinese Tall Story (情癲大聖) film directed by Jeffrey Lau (劉鎮偉) in 2005 and she got to collaborate with famous Japanese composer, Joe Hisaishi (久石讓) who was in-charge of choosing the background music for the film. Lately, Charlene turned up to support Joe’s concert at Hong Kong Cultural Centre and take photo together with him. She left an online message on 6th May 2018: “It is very touching and I do not expect Joe will remember me after 13 years later. We work together in A Chinese Tall Story film in 2005 and he remembers it. #Totoro #It is my favourite in my childhood years #I want to say thank you to my mother #I get to know Hayao Miyazaki (宮崎駿) and Joe’s workpieces since young.”
