Eliza Sam (岑麗香) attended a culinary exhibition on 18th August 2018 and was reminded that she cooked in order to survive in the past, but changed her mindset and was willing to cook for her husband after married. She admitted she had poor culinary skills and it begun to show improvement now.
Eliza said: “I start to cook 3 dishes with 1 soup and have to wait for the tomato with egg turn soft before cooking it again. It takes 1 hour and 20 minutes to complete it. My best dish is tomato with crepe and although the first crepe is burned, but my husband and I feel the remaining crepes are tasty.”
Eliza added she loved to wash dishes while cooking and her hubby seldom washed the dishes and it was considered an advantage to him.
