Fala Chen (陳法拉) is currently studying her acting course and will be making her comeback in showbiz after graduating. She returned to Hong Kong last month and filmed a commercial as the second year spokesperson.
When asked about her sharpest body condition, Fala believed being healthy was her best condition such as pursuing her 4 years master degree in acting in 2014. She changed from a full time artiste to a full time student and went for classes from 9am to 5pm. She then practised her acting skills until 10pm after eating her dinner.
Although her school life was hectic, but it made her life became disciplined and Fala had sufficient time to exercise. In addition, Fala went for body therapy whenever returning to Hong Kong and it made her body remained in the sharpest condition.
