Stephanie Ho (何雁詩) shared an amusing video clip of herself transforming into a “dumbbell” at night on Instagram on 25th July 2018. Adrian Chau (周志文), Joey Law (羅天宇) and Kelvin Lee (李興華) took turns to carry her and they carried her easily except for Kelvin who surrendered after lifting her once.
Stephanie left a message: “I do not expect myself turning into a dumbbell when training in gym today. The men strength performance. Except for @leehingwa says I am heavy, everyone says I am very light @adrianccm @lawjoey”
