Louisa Mak (麥明詩) and Joseph Lam (林作) ended their relationship in September 2016. At the TV show, Young and Reckless (後生仔傾吓偈), Louisa was forced to call 3 male friends and ask if they could remain as friends. She chose to call the owner of a pharmaceutical company, Thomas Chong, James Ng (吳業坤) and Yeung Chiu Hoi (楊潮凱). Crystal Fung (馮盈盈) suggested Louisa to call Joseph at the time but she refused to and it became an awkward scene.
A few days ago, Apple Daily’s (蘋果) reader known as Mrs Leung (梁太) reported that she saw Louisa and Joseph at a Western restaurant at 6.15pm in Admiralty. Mrs Leung said: “They sit outside of the restaurant. Joseph is reading his book and Louisa is eating her dinner and there is zero interactions.” She added Joseph was completely focused on reading his book and Louisa kept looking around when she was eating. Around 6.30pm, Joseph paid the bill and left the restaurant while Louisa took a phone call and made her way out after 10 minutes later.
Subsequently, Apple Daily contacted Joseph and asked about his reconciliation status with Louisa: “I am dressed as a commoner and realise no netizen is interested in my affair after interacting with them. I have no reply at all and please ignore it since nobody wants to know. Just let it be. I know netizens are nosy, annoying and want to find out the full details including worthless news. Hence, I am serving them and keeping quiet. ” Louisa replied: “It is normal for friends to have tea together.”
