37 year old Gillian Chung (鍾欣潼) is rumoured to get married in May 2018 and prepare her wedding with her fiance, Michael Lai (賴弘國) in Los Angeles. Her good friend, Charlene Choi (蔡卓妍) admitted to it during an interview a few days ago and exposed Gillian for booking the air tickets wrongly.
Gillian was dressed in white dress and denied it during an event at night at Grand Hyatt hotel (君悅酒店) in Wan Chai on 23rd April 2018: “You are mistaken and I am not getting married in May. The wedding date is not confirmed but a bachelorette party is organised by my friends. (Holding it in Los Angeles?) Nope. I do not say anything.” Her manager, Mani Fok (霍汶希) stood besides her and revealed that they were planning to give her a surprise by organising a private party with more than 20 people attending.”
Gillian has a house in Hong Kong and may look for an apartment in Taiwan after married, as she may travel to both countries frequently. Asking if she was holding her wedding banquet in Hong Kong, Gillian replied yes and had not confirmed the date at this moment: “We may register our marriage this year but it is not confirmed due to our busy work schedules. She also admitted that her boss, Albert Yeung (楊受成) will give a property in Shanghai and wedding feast to her as marriage dowries. Gillian said: “I treat him as my father. (Request him to give you jewellery?) He may fire me if I have too many requests. (Joey Yung (容祖兒) and Charlene plan to buy a wedding dress as a gift?)
