Taiwanese idol drama, Tree in the River (動物系戀人啊) starring Gillian Chung (鍾欣潼), Mike He (賀軍翔) and Ken Hung (洪卓立) is currently airing and it receives good responses until now. During the shooting, Gillian was dating Michael Lai (賴弘國) happily but it was completely opposite from the drama. Her role character resembled to roller coaster ride as she argued with her partner and resulted in divorce eventually. Gillian looks pitiful and keeps crying in the series but it is considered a breakthrough for her.
Ken revealed that the shooting took place during the summer and more than 50 people were in the same house due to the sound effects: “It is extremely hot and stuffy. Everyone is perspiring and I feel suffocated.”
