Jennifer Yu tells her sister to lie to her mother during schooling days

Jennifer Yu (余香凝), Kaki Sham (岑珈其) and the film director, Jevons Au (歐文傑) were present at the priority entry for new film, Distinction (非同凡響) at Kowloon station at night on 29th July 2018. Jennifer expressed that she acted as a student with Kaki in the movie and it reminded her of the rebellious behaviour during primary school days: “I went out to play secretly when my mother was working. I told my sister to lie to my mum that I took a shower and went to bed but started to change in secondary school days.” She added her mother was open-minded about dating during schooling days and her first love happened when she was studying secondary three.

Currently, Jennifer went for diving lessons and felt her learning power was not as strong as the students between 11 to 14 years old: “They go into the water quicker than me and keep laughing. I wonder if they are laughing at me. Some student actors assume I am a secondary school student when shooting in the school and I feel I resemble a student too.”
