Jeannie Chan (陳瀅) and Joey Law (羅天宇) attended an event together at Ma On Shan on 26th May 2018. As Joey was pointed to date Jeannie after breaking up with Roxanne Tong (湯洛文), they appeared to keep a distance from each other during the activity.
When asked if they kept a distance due to the rumours, Jeannie explained she had demophobia and said: “I film series for 2 months and do not have my social life. I feel I am clueless at communication and have no personal time as well.” Joey revealed he did not see Jeannie for a long time and it seemed that she was missing. He also emphasised they were not dating including the understanding each other stage. Jeannie said: “It is old news and the rumours begin after filming an advertisement as a couple team.” However, he praises her: “Jeannie is not bad but too strong such as many fans.” She rebutted: “It does not mean my support is strong.”
At this point, Joey did not think about relationship as his mother always had car accidents and fortunately, she was fine. His car also had scratches and he said: “I am rushing for work and do not ask for compensation, but really feel unhappy though.”
