It has been a long time since Joey Meng (萬綺雯) films drama and she only performs stage plays in the past 2 years. In January 2018, she seldom has work after playing as a couple with Bobby Au Yeung (歐陽震華) in a stage play in China. In fact, Joey is not considered a career-minded woman and has relocated to Sai Kung Town to look at flowers and go for strolling with her dog at times.
On one night, East Week (東周網) discovered Joey and her husband, Chan Sap Sam (陳十三) were at a hospital in Kowloon City. She was dressed up casually in a cap without make-up and was smoking nearby the hospital. Both appeared depressed and remained silent all the way. It looks like something bad has happened.
From the look of it, East Week suspected their relative was admitted into the hospital and they were worried about the condition. Fortunately, Joey and Sap Sam are a loving couple and will definitely support each other. It is believed they will resolve the matter soon.
