Katy Kung (龔嘉欣) attended the worshipping ceremony for new series, Killers (殺手) in a refreshing role image on 7th August 2018. She tried to please Wayne Lai (黎耀祥) who was part of the cast team: “Finally get to work with Wayne after 10 years! But I have yet to accept this role image and have to film the action scenes personally. Looks like I am staying single for some time.” Wayne then consoled her: “Many people love this image. Haha!”
During an interview, Katy revealed she dare not look at the mirror after cutting her hair short and believed she had no suitors for the time being, as there was a drastic difference compared to her previous role images: “However, it is good to try out something new and I need not keep crying in the series. I finally get to film action scenes and 90% of the scenes consist of fighting. It is hard to find a stuntman for my role image and I have many fighting scenes with Wayne. My tactic is to kick the bottom part and it is better to apologise first.” She added she will pretend to have a big chest and seduce Wayne: “Wayne will touch my body and my chest will increase twice.”
When mentioned about feeling unwell earlier, Katy replied she had not recovered and felt tired easily. Fortunately, the scar was on her bottom and Edwin Siu (蕭正楠) and Raymond Cho (曹永廉) showed concern for her as well.
