Chapman To (杜汶澤) has been telling everybody online that he has been exercising and trying hard to search for gym with Poon Choi Ying Chi (盤菜瑩子) during the shooting in Japan earlier. But it becomes his wife, Kristal Tin (田蕊妮) giving us a shock instead. Kristal shared photo of herself wearing sports bra top revealing her Six-pack Abs online on that night: “I no longer believe in weighing machine but the mirror after exercising. I refuse to believe in restricting my diet but learn to eat the right way after exercising.”
Many netizens were envy of Kristal and commented that they wanted to have Six-pack Abs too and she was very sexy and beautiful after seeing her photo. They added that Chapman definitely felt stressed after that. On 30th March 2018, Kristal uploaded photo of her full breakfast consisting of 2 eggs, chips, bread, tomatoes and fruits before going to gym and looks like it is true that she does not need to restrict her diet after all.
