The film (犯罪現場) had a location shooting in Jordan Road at night on 30th July 2018. It illustrated Louis Koo (古天樂), Deep Ng (吳浩康), Sam Lee (李燦琛), Deno Cheung (張松枝), Ling Man Lung (凌文龍) tried to rob a jewellery shop and had a gun shoot with the cops portraying by Philip Keung (姜皓文), Cherry Ngan (顏卓靈) and Louis Cheung (張繼聰). The production team spent 7 digits and used 2 months to set up a jewellery shop by using a shop space.
Louis Koo expressed it was not the highlight of the movie but a major killing which had not filmed it yet. When mentioned about filming the explosion scene personally, Louis Koo said: “It is very safe and we proceed with the shooting after making exact calculations. (Is the shooting suffering?) Yes when wearing a leather jacket as that scene is based on winter weather. It is better when filming indoor with air-conditioned and I almost fainted when shooting a car accident scene in the hot weather around 35 to 36 degree Celsius.”
Checking if he believed Charmaine Sheh (佘詩曼) had potential since she joined his company, Louis Koo told everyone to ask her manager directly and he believed she had potential: “Charmaine is TV Queen and we work together in several films. She definitely has potential.”
