Sisley Choi opts for personal training and wants to look bigger

Sisley Choi attended the starting ceremony of an activity (第7屆運動博覽) with Lisa Cheng (鄭麗莎) at Kowloon Bay on 17th August 2018 and her parent turned up to support her. She hoped to train her muscles for new series (機場特警) and could seek training advice from Lisa: “I want to become bigger and know Lisa trains Hanjin Tan(陳奐仁) and we have lots of stuff to chat even during our first meeting. I usually run in order to train my stamina and exercising in gym depends on the determination and diet. Hence, I try to find time to exercise and bring my own dinner when filming series. (Not worried about no suitors?) Nope. I am petite and will not look very big. I am worried about failing to achieve the results though.”

When mentioned about Grace Chan (陳凱琳) and Kevin Cheng (鄭嘉穎) returned to Hong Kong after their wedding, Sisley replied she noticed the news and felt happy for them: “I feel happy for them when they hold hands tightly and have a happy ending. (Any target when to get married?) Let’s nature take its course.” Revealing that her rumoured boyfriend, Dickson Yu (余德丞) remained in hospital. Sisley rejected to visit him so as to refrain from disturbing him and hoped he will have a speedy recovery.
