TVB won 7 awards at 2018 New York Festivals Awards (2018紐約國際電視電影節) and organised a celebration party at TV City on 18th April 2018. Tony Hung (洪永城) won Bronze World Medal (兒童/青少年組別銅獎) based on 5 Kids and a Bloke (五個小孩的大叔) show. He delivered an amusing thank you speech on the stage: “Thank you to Master Hung.” The producer then asked if he had reconciled with Natalie Tong (唐詩詠), Tony said: “Not reconciliation but finding a new partner.”
When asked if Natalie and he had secretly reconciled for 2 months during an interview, Tony said: “We treat it as a joke and promotion for new series. We are friends only and prefer to remain in the current status. (No chances to get back at all?) Yes based on what you say. (Ever think of getting her back again?) It depends on our destiny.” He also explained the girl eating together with him at Tai Hang was his good friend and not his new love: “I am focusing on my work now unless I go through a matter of life and death experience.”
