Nancy Wu (胡定欣) decides not to follow Ruco Chan’s (陳展鵬) account on Instagram suddenly and what has happened?
On 2nd August 2018, a reader from Apple Daily (蘋果) discovered that he could not find Ruco in the follower list on Nancy’s account on Instagram. Somebody suspects it is because he has been attending activities with Phoebe Sin (單文柔) and showing their love openly. Ruco does not follow Nancy as well and are they no longer friends?
Apparently, the rumours between them started after shooting A Fist Within Four Walls (城寨英雄) drama in 2016. Ruco was taken photographs of taking Nancy to work and going for dessert together after work. She also posted several photos of Ruco and herself and tagged him on Instagram and many people praised they were a matching couple.
In addition, Ruco complimented Nancy many times and left a message on Instagram previously: “Inspiration goddess unravels my thinking!” They were perceived as golden on-screen couple and continued to shoot The Unholy Alliance (同盟) drama as a couple again. However in March 2017, Apple Daily exposed Ruco was dating Phoebe at the Peak and he drew a separate line with Nancy immediately: “Nancy and I are not dating at all!” It is believed that he must have hurt Nancy deeply.
Lately, Nancy is exposed for dating Owen Cheung (張振朗) who is younger than her by 6 years old. Although both denied the romance, but Nancy admitted that she did not mind brother-sister romance and even left a message on Owen’s account on Instagram.
Nevertheless, Nancy and Ruco continue to follow each other on Weibo and it is highly likely that they remain as friends.
