Recently, Lin Chi Ling (林志玲) has endless rumours including having rendezvous with her old love, Jerry Yan (言承旭) in November 2017 in Malaysia. She then announced stoping her work in February completely and many netizens suspected that Chi Ling was expecting and needed to rest. However, her manager denied it and explained that her immune system was weak due to flu and Chi Ling even had difficulty to get down from the bed.
On 31st March 2018, Chi Ling was present at an opening ceremony for Longines (浪琴) watch brand in Dubai and used question and answer section to respond to the gossips during an interview. She said she did not go to Bali, was single and not pregnant at all. Chi Ling also emphasised she did not reconcile with Jerry.
Chi Ling then expressed her desire to widen her social circle and know more friends but have not meet the right person yet: “I know every woman including me wishing for a perfect marriage but want to tell every single lady to avoid giving pressure to herself if you are living a good life.”
